Credit account customers must process payment no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment should be made by bank transfer, but debit/credit card and PayPal is also accepted - please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange this. For all other customers, including customers that place an order through our website, sales will only be processed following payment. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss exceptional payment terms.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. This standard option takes between 2-10 days depending on location. We also offer an EXPRESS SHIPPING option which is priced on a case-by-case basis; please let us know if you would like to use this express option so we can request an accurate quote from our courier. We offer a 14-day unconditional money back guarantee (or "cooling-off period") from the date of order in line with European consumer protection guidelines. In order for us to accept a return under the cooling-off period, the item must be returned to us in 'brand new' condition, in full working order, and in the original packaging. Once we have received the returned product, we will provide a full refund less the associated shipping costs. If an accessory of the original item was lost during the process of returning, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your item was damaged during delivery, please send pictures of the damage within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com – we will be in touch and will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped out to you.
Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
1. All products must be returned in their original condition with warranty seals intact.
2. All products must be returned in their original packaging, and with the original accessories.
3. Postage costs will be deducted from any returned item that is not under warranty.
Attraction Technology Systems ltd operate a two-year warranty on all products manufactured by us, or bearing our brand name, and we make every effort to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality and free of defects for the duration of this period from the date of delivery. For all other products, this period will be one year from the date of delivery, unless the manufacturer of the product offers a longer warranty period (to be fulfilled in both cases by the manufacturer).
If there is a problem with the quality of the item that manifests within the first 30 days after delivery, you are covered under warranty and we will arrange a replacement item to be sent out to you (on completion of some key troubleshooting queries). If there is a problem with the quality of the item that manifests within 2 years of delivery, you are covered under warranty and we request that you return the item to us which we will then repair and return to you (on completion of some key troubleshooting queries).
In both cases, we request that you return the defective item to us so that we can learn from the problem, and we will refund all delivery costs to you where the error is a result of manufacturing defect.
If a quality issue manifests after 2 years, you are not covered under warranty but we will do our best to support you, including repairing & returning the original item to you at cost price, or offering a significant discount on a replacement item should the original (defective) item be damaged beyond repair.
